There is a formula to facilitating your participant’s learning, engagement and implementation of your value, whether you’re doing it virtually or in person. However, I find time and time again that there are so many amazing experts and organization’s who struggle creating their training programs successful.
It’s not easy taking what you know and delivering it through a program that transforms people on multiple levels. We know what we know, but we don’t teach it well to others because we’re not equipped with the necessary skills to facilitate, organize and present content in a way that creates high success rates for our participants.

An instructional designer applies learning theory and a systemic approach to design and develop content, learning activities, training, and other solutions to support the acquisition of new knowledge or real world skills.
What this means to you is sometimes you need more than a program that currently exist. You need a proprietary course built around your content, mission, or technical systems. This is my core skill. I love taking the puzzles and complexities of organizations and translating it to the consumable training for everyone’s best results.
